Packaging, screen printing, processing and operational consulting.
Packaging: combining performance and identity
JIL EMBALLAGES supports you in choosing packaging adapted to the requirements of your product, your packaging process and your commercial positioning.
Our approach combines functional criteria — container-content compatibility, barrier properties, mechanical resistance, sealing, capacity and closure system — with the constraints of filling, storage, transport and use. Depending on your sector, we direct you to the materials and configurations to evaluate with regard to the applicable regulatory requirements.
The aesthetic dimension completes this selection: shape, color, transparency, finish and decor possibilities are studied to enhance your product and ensure the coherence of your visual identity.
The solutions chosen must be confirmed by samples and appropriate tests, taking into account your production rates, your volumes and your cost objectives.
Screen printing
JIL EMBALLAGES has a state-of-the-art SCREEN PRINTING & PAD PRINTING workshop for personalizing and decorating your packaging. This workshop includes a DTP space for checking your vectorized files, an ink formulation laboratory, a storage library, a visual creation space and a show room.
Processing: machinery tailored to your production
From controlled action to industrial speed, JIL EMBALLAGES supports you in the choice of manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines for your packaging operations.
Filling, capping or seaming: our machinery offering is tailored to your products, container specifications and production targets. Selection considers the required output in units per hour, the volumes to be packed, container formats, the desired level of automation and how your teams are organised.
Manual machines
Mastery of the gesture and flexibility of use for small series and one-off operations, with a cadence linked to the pace of the operator.
Semi-automatic machines
A balance between operator intervention and mechanization to support the development of your production and increase throughput while maintaining flexible operation.
Automatic machines
An integrated approach to packaging for regular production and sustained throughput needs, consistent with the capacities of the line upstream and downstream.
The actual rate depends in particular on the product, the container, the dosage, format changes and operating conditions. These parameters are studied to define a production capacity adapted to your project.
Whether you are launching an activity, developing your capacities or automating your line, we guide you towards a configuration consistent with your volumes, your organization and your budget.
Operational consulting: from feasibility to transformation
Giving structure to an idea, preparing an investment or developing an organization: JIL EMBALLAGES supports individuals, start-ups and manufacturers in the construction of their projects and the management of operational change.
Project feasibility studies
We help you clarify your offer, analyze market needs and evaluate the technical, operational and economic conditions of your project. Sizing of production means, choice of equipment and packaging, estimation of investments and costs, identification of risks: each study aims to inform your decisions and define a realistic roadmap.
Managing operational change
Reorganizing activities, integrating new equipment or changing working methods requires appropriate support. We help you establish a diagnosis, set priorities, structure the transition plan and mobilize teams around new practices. Monitoring actions and indicators makes it possible to measure progress and adjust implementation.
Our ambition: to connect the vision of the project leader to the realities on the ground, to move from an informed decision to an organization capable of implementing it.
